Incisura anterior auris : ウィキペディア英語版 | Incisura anterior auris
The ''incisura anterior auris'', or intertragic incisure,〔Williams, Peter L., et al, editors (1989), ''Gray’s Anatomy'', 37th edition, Churchill Livingstone, pg 1220.〕 is the space between the tragus and antitragus of the pinna — a portion of the external ear. Other names include anterior auricular groove, auricular notch, ''sulcus auriculae anterior''. The ''incisura anterior auris'' is the point specified (although not by that name) in the U.S. Army’s regulation governing length of sideburns in male soldiers.〔(Army Regulation 670–1 ) (3 February 2005),”Wear and Appearance of Army Uniforms and Insignia”, 1-8, a, (2), b. “Sideburns will not extend below the lowest part of the exterior ear opening.”〕 ==References==
